Review-Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl

Performances- Power pack performance from not so handsome neither charming, not even like an actor guy Ranveer Singh,yes! it is his second back to back super stunning role after Yash Raj's super hit Band Baaja Baarat (2010). Ranveer Singh as various character of a con man resembles to many bollywood con flicks but his iconic nature, the body language and his superb characterisation makes the movie to be watched also for him. Anushka Sharma is an another growing super star in B-town,can definitely say that she is the another gal for whom the list of directors in B-Town will be waiting just even for a cameo or a special performance in future, Anushka as a modern girl in the movie is very tentalizing, slim, her attires, persona, expressions all are very impressive, she is not only the beauty on the screen but also someone to be paid for her talent and watched at front rows of the theatres! Excellent Anushka,keep it up! Dipanita Sharma has shown screen presence after a long break, she is fine, new comer Parineeti Chopra, who is also cousin sister of Priyanka Chopra is another person in the movie whose gigs and acts makes u feel happy, though in a small role she has left a great impact,more to see from her in Yash Raj's next venture Ishaqzaade (coming in 2012).

What's Good?- Chemistry between Anushka and Ranveer is something like that of Shahrukh and Kajol on the screen, one would go crazy to see them flirting each other. Performances by the other actors are also good, the post interval portion is more interesting.

What's bad?- Pre-interval portion seems to resemble with many other Bolly flicks like Bunty Aur Babli,etc. Music isn't so impressive.

Overall- Director Manish Sharma of Band Baaja Baarat has tried to create the same charisma on screen between Anushka and Ranveer and he has also succeeded in it in general but the dialogues and scripts lack the naturality as in his previous movie,Band Baaja Baarat. Though the movie moves interestingly but it fails to make audience go in the depth, the auidence will just watch the movie, praise for Anushka-Ranveer, in fact they will be announced the perfect couple on screen in many award functions but the movie will not be remembered at all!

Rating-2.5/5,but seeing Anushka-Ranveer chemistry i will go with 3/5, will get mix response from the audiences, its only for light movie lovers, no seriousness or emos involved during the watch!! Average Entertainer.
